Mr. Bearnon Hall

Mr. Bearnon Hall was born the son Theordore and Ella (Staples) Hall in Roanoke, Alabama on April 7, 1932. He passed away on March 2, 2025 at the age of 92 years. Bearnon Hall of Saginaw, Michigan. He finished school after attending Saginaw High School. He joined the National Guard (Army) and enjoyed being a member of the Masons Roll No.# 295 Major Moton Lodge# 1. Mr. Hall was a member of Glimpse of Hope under the leadership of Pastor Leslie D. Lewis. He was employed with General Motors Corporation at Grey Iron Foundry, and a member of UAW Local 668. Mr. Hall retired with 50 plus years of dedicated service. He was mechanically inclined: he liked working with his hands, working with machines and understanding how they worked. Mr. Hall leaves to cherish his memory, Dorothy Lee Taylor Hall of Saginaw who became his bride on October 10, 1953; children, Ashley Brown, Decatur, AL; grandson, Kylia Clemons; sisters, Olivia Newsome, Saginaw; nieces, Angela Anderson, Mt. Morisson, Tamika (Marcus) Watkin and Francesca Brown, Decatur, AL; god-daughters, Chelena and Cheresie Scott both of Saginaw; two sisters-in-law, Gladys Moon, Decatur and Catherine Taylor, Detroit, MI; nephews, Adrian Hall (Nedra) Allegan, MI and Frederick (Tenise) Brown, Jr.; a host of other nephews, nieces and cousins including special friends, Silvia Jones, Cherly Timberlake, Frederick (Rosylin) Brown and Anthony Man both of Decatur, AL. Mr. Bearnon Hall was preceded in death by his parents, Therodroe and Ella Staples; a sister, Mamie Anderson; brothers, William, Sylvester and James Leon Hall. The family would like to express special thanks to Kay Medical Associates and Avista Nursing and Rehab, Dr. Kochunni MoAnn, Mark Taylor (Angela) Taylor and family, Smart Care Home Health Nurse-Theresa Chorento, Home Health and Physical Therapist, Daniel Patterson, Home Health Occupation, Heather Murphy and Pastor Leslie Lewis and the Glimpse of Hope church Funeral service will take place at 1:00 p.m. Saturday, March 8, 2025 at Glimpse of Hope Ministries, 2211 South Outer Drive, Saginaw, MI 48601. Pastor Leslie Lewis will officiate with entombment in Oakwood Memorial Mausoleum, 5950 Gratiot, Saginaw MI 48603. Visitation will take place on Friday from 2:00 p.m. until 6:00 p.m. at the Funeral Home.
