Funeral service will take place at 11:00 a.m. Friday, July 14, 2006 at God's Harvest Center, 1402 N. 6th Street. Rev. Aaron Arthur will officiate with interment in Forest Lawn Cemetery. Friends may call at the Browne's Mortuary, 441 N. Jefferson Ave. on Thursday from 2:00 until 8:00 p.m. "And God shall wipe all tears from their eyes and there shall be no more death, neither sorrow, nor crying, neither shall there be any more pain." Revelation 21:4 Cameron Raphael Price was born on October 25, 1986 in Colorado Springs, Colorado to Cameron and Vidia Ann Price. He left this troubled world to take his eternal rest with Jesus on July 9, 2006. Cameron attended Saginaw High School, and as a student, he participated in the Education and Training Connection Program to finish his education. While attending school, "Cam" was also employed at McDonald's, where he faithfully went to work. As a youth, Cam received numerous certificates for his participation in the First Ward Community Center, the ASA Phillip Randolph Youth Group, and the Youth Violence Prevention Program. Cam's personality and charm were the epitome of his character, and he was loved by many of his peers and associates. Cam's greatest joys in life were when he spent time with his family, especially his parents and siblings. Cam often talked about his grandparents, uncles and aunts. He most loved exchanging stories of his achievements and about things he used to do when he was younger. Cam often said his family was the most important thing to him. He leaves to cherish his memories, his loving mother, Vidia Ann (Arthur) Price; his father, Cameron (Bertha) Price; three brothers, Cameron L. (Mercedes) Hunt, Michael Catchings, Mesquite, Texas and Thomas Askew; two sisters, Averian Price and Marchriona Mayo; grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Willie B. Peebles and Mrs. Ida J. Price; god-mother, Mrs. Tanya Welch; four aunts, Mrs. Esther Martin, Ms. April Price, Mrs. Lynn (Cleveland) Dupree and Ms. Donn Price; four uncles, Mr. Willie (Jenise) Peebles, Mr. James (Madinah) Peebles, Mr. Terry (Tangelo) Peebles and Mr. Stacy (Shawn) Price; one nephew, Cameron L. Hunt; and a host of other relatives and friends. Cam was preceded in death by his grandfather, Marshall E. Jones and uncle, Sherwin "Tweety" Price.
