Mr. Charles Andrew Scott Walker III

Charles Andrew - Scott Walker III, affectionately known as Chucky or Chuck, was born on July 3, 1985 in Saginaw, Michigan to Charles and Susan Walker. Charles was a loving Husband, Father, devoted sibling and cherished friend. Charles was the 2nd child born to the union of Charles and Susan Walker. He attended Heavenrich Elementary, Central Middle School and graduated from Saginaw High School. Charles was a member of Victorious Believers Ministries COGIC where he grew up as a child since 1986 and later returned to his roots. Growing up on Holland Ave. and Phoenix St. Charles was well loved in the neighborhood. When he was 16 he met Kimberly Hamilton in 2002 and it was love at first sight and the rest is history. He was a devoted Husband and Father. He enjoyed spending time with his family, playing video games and in his earlier years he enjoyed rapping. Charles loved to study the Word of God and have Bible study. Charles’ favorite scripture was 1 Peter 5:7. He was a nice person with a heart of gold and was very kind hearted and very well loved by all who knew him. Charles departed this life on February 25, 2025 at U of M Medical Center and is now reunited with his grandparents, Mamie A. Jones and David Jones, Malisha McFarland, Charles (Ruth) Walker Sr.; uncles, David E. "Butch" Jones, Eugene “Poochie” Jones, Eugene McFarland, Carl McFarland; aunts, Bertha Smith, Laura Mae Kidd, Clementine Smith, Mildred Richardson, Johnnie Mae Horton, Louise Horton and Diane McFarland; a special cousin, Collins Jones. Though our hearts are heavy, we find comfort in knowing that he lived a life full of love, laughter, kindness, and purpose. Mr. Charles Walker III leaves behind to cherish his memory: his wife, Kimberly Walker; his four children, Jaheim Hamilton, Omarion Walker, Chardonnay Walker and Charles Walker IIII; granddaughter, Leilani Hamilton “his baby doll”, all of Saginaw, MI; siblings, Daphne (Shawn) Bivens and Michael Walker of Saginaw, MI, Cecil (Tenisha) Presley of Wesley Chapel, FL; special nephews, Shawn Bivens Jr., Jeremy Bivens and Jayce Walker; a host of nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins and friends; special cousin, Nick Jones; his extended family, mother-in-law, Elizabeth Hamilton, two brothers-in-law, Melvin Hamilton Jr., and Michael Hamilton and one sister-in-law, Quantella Hamilton. His legacy of love and strength will live on in the hearts of those who knew him. Special Thanks to the critical care unit of U of M, the staff at MyMichigan ICU unit and Fresenius Dialysis Center. Family hour 10:00 AM, Friday, March 14, 2025, at Victorious Believers Ministries, 624 South Outer Drive Saginaw, Michigan 48601 with funeral service commencing at 11:00 AM. Pastor Christopher V. Pryor will officiate. Interment will take place in Forest Lawn Cemetery, 3210 South Washington Avenue. Visitation will be 10:00 a.m. until the time of service.
