Mr. Darold Taylor

Darold Earl Taylor Sr., affectionately called Dingo by his friends and family or Papa by his grandchildren. He was born May 2, 1955, in Saginaw, MI to the loving union of Noah E. Taylor and Rose Williams. He passed away Thursday,, February 13, 2025 at the age of Darold was educated through Saginaw public schools, he graduated from Saginaw High School. Darold relied on his faith in God to get him through his toughest times. He was a very funny, loving and adventurous person. Darold always put a smile on someone's face whether near or far. His loving spirit was one that could warm a person's heart. Darold was a great listener and would pick up the phone any time he was called. Darold's passion for new adventures and traveling displayed heavily in his work ethic. He has gotten his hands in many trades including but not limited to nursing, playing the bass guitar, truck driving, traveling and the United States Army. Darold was proud to serve his country for almost nine years. Darold leaves to cherish many memories, his daughters Danika Taylor-Lake (Dujuan Lake) and Kaneisha Taylor. His sons, Darold Taylor lll, and Devon Taylor. His sisters, June Taylor, Tracy Taylor and Nora Taylor and his twin brothers, Donald Taylor and Derrick Taylor. His grandchildren, Aneishia Bailey, DuJuan Taylor, Daneisha Taylor, DaMarques Taylor, DaMeea Taylor-Bowman (Zachary Bowman), and DaMeeka Taylor. His great-grandchildren, Adriel Taylor, Demi Gardner, Bailey Baker, Zoey Parnell and Arlando Taylor. His god son, Charles Taylor (Joyce Taylor). His uncle, Bishop McKinley Williams. A host of nieces and nephews, family and friends in the Saginaw area. Mr. Darold Earl Taylor, Sr. was preceded in death by his mom, Rose Williams, dad, Noah E Taylor; son, Darold Taylor Jr. and sister, Theresa Taylor Family hour 10:30 AM, Monday, February 24, 2025, at Evans & Browne's Funeral Home, 441 N. Jefferson Ave., Saginaw, Michigan 48601 with Funeral service commencing at 11:00 AM. Bishop McKinley Williams will officiate. Interment will take place in Great Lakes National Cemetery, G-4200 Belford Rd., Holly, MI 48442. Visitation will be 9:00 a.m. until the time of service.
