Mr. David Lee Frazier

Mr. David Lee Frazier beloved husband, father, grandfather, brother, uncle and friend affectionately known to friends and family as “Wiggie”, was born to Soloman Frazier and Josephine Brisbon Frazier on January 19, 1956, in Bishopville, SC. He passed away on Thursday, August 20, 2026 at Henry Ford Hospital surrounded by his family. David graduated from Bishopville High School in 1974. He moved to Saginaw, Michigan in 1983 from Patterson, New Jersey. Mr. Frazier married Ella M. Bracey in December 1983 and they shared 42 years of marriage. He loved the outdoors and his favorite hobby was fishing. He also loved his flowers, planting and harvesting his garden each year. He took pride in keeping his and others’ lawns manicured to perfection. David was also a walking GPS system that came from being an over the road semi-truck driver for 30 years until his retirement in 2019. He was everything to everyone. He loved to joke and was all about taking care of his family. David leaves to cherish his loving memory his wife, Ella M. Frazier; two daughters, Turkessia Bracey “Faye”, Saginaw, MI and Australia Thomas, Columbia, SC; two sons, David (Veronica) Bracey and Montrel Frazier, both of Saginaw, MI; ten grandchildren, Khayli Bracey, Jaylen Perkins, Kahmi and David Bracey, Jr., Corey Mumford, Cydni, Cyniya and Cameron Moore, Jr., Nasir and Sincere Frazier; sisters, Louella Bridges, Elizabeth Frazier (Myron Martin) and Shirley Carter; sisters-in-law, Daris Bracey and Pamela (Phillip) Taylor; brothers-in-law, Lavern, Jake and James Bracey; special uncle, Eugene (Marilyn) Bracey; special nephews, Dennis and Joseph (Edna) Frazier; a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends, including special friends, Harold Curry, Phillip Taylor and Lou Ross. Mr. David Lee Frazier was preceded in death by his parents, Soloman and Josephine Frazier; brothers, Silas Saul Frazier and Eddie Frazier. The family would like to express thanks to Henry Ford Hospital, VitaMax Revive, Bishop Christopher Martin, Sr. and everyone who have shown love/support through acts of kindness, prayers and well wishes. You all are very much appreciated. Funeral service will take place at 1:00 p.m., Saturday, September 5, 2026, at Evans & Browne's Funeral Home, 441 N. Jefferson Ave., Saginaw, MI 48601. Bishop Christopher Martin, Sr. will officiate. Visitation will take place from 2:00-6:00 p.m. Friday, September 4, 2026 at the funeral home. Family will be present.
