Mr. DeWayne "Twin" Hale

Early Monday morning on November 19, 2018 our beloved father, twin brother, brother, uncle, cousin and friend accepted his invitation to heaven at the age of 38 years. Mr. DeWayne Joseph Hale was born on February 6, 1980 in Saginaw, Michigan the son of Gloria Hale and Wayne Welzin. He was a resident of Saginaw, MI and attended Saginaw Public Schools. He was affiliated with Christ Kingdom Ministries where he was a blessing to many by doing volunteer service at the church. DeWayne also did volunteer service throughout the community. He was very helpful in assisting family when needed. DeWayne was employed at Children’s Village Daycare for more than three years. He enjoyed cooking, rapping, spending time with his family, joking around, making people laugh and being the life of the party. DeWayne leaves to cherish his memory, one son, Joseph DeWayne Hale; step-father, Earnest Hale, Sr.; one sister, Tracie Campbell, Atlanta, GA; his special brother-in-law, Louis Campbell, Atlanta, GA; two brothers, DeWhite Hale (LeKetrice Scott) Horn Lake, MS and Earnest Hale, Jr.; aunts, Charlene Jones, Sara Ann Johnson, Mattie (Apostle Edward) Jackson, Lenalle Shannon, Edna Jones, Alice Morgan, TN and Joyce Youngblood; one uncle, Tommie Youngblood; three nieces, Deja Campbell and Kivanna Campbell both of Atlanta, GA and Harmonie Hale; four nephews, D’Quavius Campbell, Atlanta, GA, DeWhite, Jr. and Dre’Von Hale both of Horn Lake, MS, E’Maryion Hale, Saginaw; two great-nieces, KenNaeja and KaMaria, Pheonix, Atlanta; one great-nephew, Malcolm Youngblood III; many other relatives and friends including special cousins who were like his siblings, Elaine Youngblood, Alex Youngblood, Grand Rapids, MI, Janeen Youngblood-Weems, Grand Rapids, MI; special cousins, Willie Youngblood, Pete Cannon, Darnell Morgan, TN, KeyKei McCall, Luconious Ross, Otha Seals, Lavar Perry; special friends, Johnny Benson, Daryl Riley and Archie Moncrief; special uncle, Travis Prince who DeWayne cared for up until the time of his death. He was preceded in death by his parents, Gloria Hale and Wayne Welzin; one sister, Marlene Hale; his grandparents, Arthur Lee (Sara) Youngblood, Sr.; one aunt, Patricia Swilley; one uncle, Arthur Lee Youngblood, Jr. and a cousin, LeMonte Davis. The family would like to express special thanks to family, friends and Children’s Village Daycare. Funeral service will take place at 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday, November 28, 2018 at Christ Kingdom Ministries, 5638 Dixie Hwy, Saginaw, MI. Apostle Edward Jackson with officiate with interment in Forest Lawn Cemetery, 3210 S. Washington Ave., Saginaw, MI 48601. Friends may call at the Evans & Browne's Funeral Home, 441 N.
