Mrs. Jacqueline Stephanee Essex

Mrs. Jacqueline S. Essex passed away Thursday, April 20, 2017 at her residence at the age of 56 years. She was born February 5, 1961 in Saginaw, Michigan the daughter of Samuel Templeton, Sr. and Dorothy M. Blakes. Jacqueline accepted Christ at an early age. In 1985 she was a member of Christ Deliverance Center under the leadership of the late Apostle Glen Nichols. In 2005 to the present day she was a member of Unity of Faith under the leadership of Pastor Earl and Fay Fisher. Jacqueline was a license Ordain Minister Prophetess operate under the Prophetic Minister, Prayer Warrior, part of Mission Team in Mexico and love to war in the Spirit Rheam. Mrs. Jacqueline Essex leaves to cherish her memory: two sons, Henry L. Templeton (Tomea Brown) and Tremayne Essex; two step-children, Doris and Dana Essex; six grandchildren, Olivia Chivis, Nicole Essex, Phyllip Taylor, Virgil Essex, Xavier Essex and Quintin Essex; six sisters, Joyce (terry) Glen of Little Rock, AK, Shirley Green of Battle Creek, MI, Ellen Daxter, Deborah Templeton, Mildred (Bobby) Long-Millege, all of Saginaw, MI and Joslin Blakes of Grand Rapids, MI; five brothers, Ronnie Templeton of Atlanta, GA, Samuel L. (Chelsey) Templeton, Jr. of Swartz Creek, MI, Sam William of Louisiana, Charles A. Blakes, Grand Rapids, MI and Anthony Williams of Wisconsin; special aunts, Joslin and Darlene Morgan, both of Pennsylvania; special sister-in-law, Marilyn Favorite-Harris; special nieces, Roshanda Blakes, Sharonda Stanford, Passion Templeton and Imani Ellisworth; special nephew, Malcolm Davis; special cousins, Mattie and Frank Moore; a host of other family members and friends. Mrs. Essex was preceded in death by her husband, James Essex, Sr.; step-son, James Essex, Jr.; mother, Dorothy Blakes; two brothers, Arthur Blakes and Sam Templeton II; sister, June Templeton; brother-in-law, Abraham Dexter; nephew, Eddie Blakes and five special friends. Funeral service will take place at 11:00 a.m. Friday, April 28, 2017 at Christ Deliverance Center, 5584 Dixie Hwy, Saginaw, MI. Pastor Verda Nichols, Host Pastor and Pastor Earl Fisher will officiate with interment in Forest Lawn Cemetery, 3210 South Washington Avenue. Friends may call at Evans & Browne's Funeral Home, 441 North Jefferson Avenue, Saginaw, Michigan on Thursday from 2:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. Family will be present to greet friends from 6:00-8:00 p.m.
