Mrs. Rosemary Allen

Mrs. Rosemary (DeBardelaben) Allen passed away at her home in Detroit, Michigan on Monday, April 27, 2020. She was born on March 1, 1949 to Willie Mack and Johnnie L. (Benson) DeBardelaben in Saginaw, Michigan. She was a Saginaw High School graduate and earned an associate degree from Delta College. Rosemary was employed at the Blue Cross Network until she became ill in 1998 after suffering with a stroke. She did not succumb to her ailment and lived her best life for 20 plus years. Rosemary enjoyed baking, backgammon, good entertainment, laughing, and the company of family and friends. Mrs. Allen leaves to cherish many memories her children, Ronnita Marie Allen, Detroit, MI and Ryan (Linda) DeBardelaben-Maggitt, Grand Rapids, MI; grandchildren, Damion Allen, Autumn R. Allen, Ryan Quinn Hall, Xhannina Rothchild (Fred) and Darian DeBardelaben; one sister, Annette Williams; two brothers, Donald and Willie DeBardelaben, Jr.; one uncle, Clifford Benson; her beautiful god-children; many dear nieces and nephews including special friends, Glenda Love and Sandra Lowery. Rosemary was preceded in death by her husband, Ronald D. Allen; parents, Willie Mack and Johnnie L. DeBardelaben; brothers, Edward Benson, Patrick DeBardelaben, Bernard DeBardelaben; sister, Ethel “Pearl” Benson and Idilla “Marie” DeBardelaben and one sister-in-law. Bishop Dempsey Allen will conduct a private funeral service at Evans & Browne's Funeral Home, 441 N. A single indoor shared space includes but is not limited to a room, hall, cafeteria, auditorium, theater, or gallery. The prohibition on assemblages set forth in this section does not apply to: The prohibition set forth in this section does not abridge protections guaranteed by the state or federal constitution under these emergency circumstances.
