Telly D. "Krown" Prince

Mr. Telly “Tee” "Krown" DeMarcus Prince, beloved husband, father, son, brother, and uncle passed on the morning of Wednesday July 30, 2014 at his home, at the age of 38 years. Telly was born in Saginaw, Michigan on February 17, 1976 and graduated from Buena Vista High School in 1994. He was a member of the Spiritual Israel Church and Its Army and worked for ABC Group in Grand Rapids, Michigan. Telly loved listening to music, spending time with his family and friends, watching TV and more TV... basketball and football in particular. He also loved spending time with his children, Nasir and NyAsia. He especially adored teaching Nasir to play football and watching NyAsia cheer. He will forever be loved and remembered by his devoted wife of almost 14 years (September 2), Matricia (Poochie) Prince; three children, Marcia, Nasir, and NyAsia Prince; his loving parents, Vickie Enoch and Robert (Peggy) Scott; grandmothers, Martha Scott and Margaret Brodus; sisters, Tahlia (Cecil) Troutman, Tempesst Prince, Charmaine Scott and Shawneisha Landrum; brothers, Robert Scott, Jr. and Andre Tyus; uncles, Eric, Allen and Reginald Prince, Anthony Enoch, Curtis (Vanessa), John (Vanessa), James, Joe, Wilton and Eugene Scott; aunts, Jeanette (Robert) Williams, Tashia (Leon) Small, Johnnie Ruth (Ricardo) Foster, Dorothy (Bradford) Wicker and Dahl Enoch; mother and father-in-law, Robert and Lavona Davis; brother-in-law, Lonnie (Brenda) White; sisters-in-law, Yolanda White and Kamilah (Jimmie) Wilson, his Goddaughter, Alexia Johnson; and many other countless family members and friends who were blessed to have known him, including special friends, Collin (Loretta) Johnson, Tiffani Hollis, Rodney Murphy, Quenton Doxie and Michael Horton. Telly is preceded in death by his stepfather, Jimmie Enoch; grandparents, Hosie and Arnett Prince, Wilton Scott; uncle, Clarence Prince; and aunt, Lynn Coleman. Funeral service will take place at 11:00 a.m. on Thursday, August 7, 2014 at the Wolverine State Baptist Headquarters, 615 South Jefferson Avenue. Reverend Markeen Baker will officiate with interment in Forest Lawn Cemetery. Friends may call at the Evans & Browne's Funeral Home, 441 North Jefferson Avenue on Wednesday from 2:00 until 8:00 p.m.where the family will be present for a family hour from 6:00 until 7:00 p.m.
