Ms. Tiffany Latrece Dottery

♪Oh how marvelous it is…..JESUS promised HE’LL take care of me♪…So on that Blessed day, Monday, September 23, 2019, he took care of me…..Ms. Tiffany Latrece Dottery as I transitioned from this earthly life to my everlasting life at the young age of 44 years. Tiffany was born on January 28, 1975 in the city of Saginaw, MI to Ms. Vivian Lavonne Dottery and Mr. Lavelle D. Williams. She was a devoted daughter, sister, aunt, dynamic cousin, friend and godmother. She was a phenomenal mom to her one and only son, Mr. Armani Eugene Evans, to whom she dedicated her entire life. Tiffany loved her family and loved to make sure her family always stayed together (especially during her birthday celebrations). There was never a person she came across that she didn’t call a friend or family. Prior to her illness, Tiffany was employed at Saginaw Grey Iron and Saginaw Geriatrics. Tiffany had such an infectious smile and when she smiled, you couldn’t help but smile with her. She loved writing poetry, listening to gospel music, cooking and babysitting all of the family’s children, even after she became ill. Make no mistake Tiffany loved the Lord and He found favor with her because His life saved her life, even in death. Tiffany leaves to celebrate her life and legacy of love, her beautiful mother, Ms. Vivian Lavonne Walker, who devoted a good portion of her life being a faithful caregiver to her daughter; her wonderful son, Mr. Armani Eugene Evans, whom she loved unconditionally and who will carry on her legacy. To further celebrate her life, she leaves her father, Mr. Lavelle (Delores) Williams; four brothers, Elder Ardayrell (Teikia) Dottery, DeShano Dottery, Alton Sanders and Lavelle Williams, Jr.; three sisters, LaVellya Williams, Virginia Dunn and Wendy Christian; a host of aunts, uncles, cousins and friends; god-father, Mr. Lee E. Dottery; godmother, Mary Jean Ward; godson, Kingston Wright; god-sister, dedicated friend and special caregiver, LaKeisha Price Johnson; god-brothers, Lawrence (Je’) and Daun-te; special cousins, Deaundra, Santana, Savannah, Cordarryl, T’Nara, Danny, Jr., and Savion (Savi baby); special friends, Ms. Natalie Johnson and Ms. Tyeisha Jones. Tiffany was preceded in death by her maternal grandparents, Deacon Clarence and Mother Josephine Dottery; paternal grandparents, Franklin Williams, Sr. and Maggie Williams; brother, Kenya Sanders; three uncles, Danny Dottery, Franklin Williams, Jr. and Curtis Williams. The family would like to express special thanks to everyone who has assisted them during this time of bereavement, whether you were a part of the “Go FundMe contribution, sent a card, words of comfort, placed a phone call or even just prayed from where you were, or just dropped by to see if we were ok, we will forever be grateful. The family would like to express a special heartfelt “thank you” to the staff at Covenant Harrison, Select Specialty Hospitality, 8th floor, U of M staff in Ann Arbor, MI and Ascension St. Mary’s Hospital staff, Saginaw, MI. Funeral service will take place at 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday, October 2, 2019 at Greater Williams Temple C.O.G.I.C., 608 E. Remington St., Saginaw, MI 48601. Pastor Arthur Aikin will officiate with interment in Forest Lawn Cemetery, 3210 S. Washington Ave., Saginaw, MI 48601. Friends may call at the Evans & Browne's Funeral Home, 441 N. Jefferson Ave., Saginaw, MI 48607 on Tuesday from 2:00 until 8:00 p.m. The family will be present to greet friends from 6:00 until 8:00 p.m.
