Ms. Antionesha L. "Miss Lady " Helton

Antionesha “Miss Lady” Lashaun Helton passed away Sunday, June 2, 2019 at the age of 23 years. She was born August 18, 1995 in Saginaw, Michigan to Roosevelt Antione Helton III and Tamala Lashaun Ragland-Jones. Antionesha was born in Saginaw and moved to Mesa, Arizona in 2009 where she was a graduate of East Valley High School, “Class of 2013.” She truly loved her one and only son, Jaiden Roosevelt Williams and spent quality time with him. She loved and enjoyed their time playing together in the park, movie nights, church and bible study. Antionesha was a fun-loving young lady whose smile would light up any room just like her dad. She will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved her. Antionesha protecting sister was her best friend and confidant. They enjoyed each other on every occasion they possibly could. Her daily joy was running the roads with her Granny Brenda and spending time with her family. She also loved to eat, going on vacation with her family and just being the life of the party. She leaves to cherish her memory: one son, Jaiden Roosevelt Williams; one sister, Antionne “Nay Nay” (Kendric) Lashaun Helton of Mesa, Arizona; two nephews, Kenyen & Kyriee Carreker of Mesa, AZ; grandmother, Brenda Smith-Helton; grandfather, Roosevelt (Yvonne) Helton II; great-grandmother, Adline Helton; four aunts, Chantel (Gary) Oliver, Sabrina and Zenobia Ragland, Rochelle (Greg) Burch-Patterson; three uncles, Germaine (special dad) Helton, William Ragland, Jr. and Wendell Ragland; seven great-aunts, Mary Turner, Ida Helton and Juanita (Darrell) Drake, Saginaw, Anitra Smith-Williams, Stockbridge, GA, Marie Kiodo, Lillian Blyther, both of Detroit and Tresse Brown, Kansas City, KS; six great-uncles, Curtis (Louise) and Charles (Mary) Helton, Alton (Dee) and Marlon (Yolanda) Smith, Joseph (Lillie) McKnight and Biegia McKnight; cousins, Bre’Chan and Gary Oliver, Courtney and Shanna Jones, Sha’Teria Robinson, Akia, Felicia, Sharnice, Irene and Brandy Ragland, Marquise and Kendrick Ragland, Terris Robinson, Antwon McCaskell, Marcus Coston, Brandy Williams, Isaiah and Issac Ragland, Fabian and Wendal Jenkins; many other special cousins, relatives and friends, including s special lady who took pride in her wellbeing, Angelique Jones. Antionesha was preceded in death by her parents, Roosevelt Antione Helton III and Tamala Lashaun Ragland-Jones; grandparents, George and Adell McKnight-Jones; one aunt, Zelda Ragland; great-grandparents, Johnnie and Ossie May Smith and Roosevelt Helton, Sr.; cousin, Dominique Turner. Family hour will take place at 11:00 a.m. Friday, June 14, 2019 at Mt. Nebo Missionary Baptist Church, 1111 North 29th Street, Saginaw, MI 48602, with funeral service commencing at 12:00 p.m. Pastor Willie Hill, Jr., Host Pastor and Pastor Dennis Cotton will officiate.
