Ms. Catherine Lynn Jones

August 15, 1956 - January 28, 2022

Catherine Jones was born August 15, 1956 in Saginaw, Michigan to Eddie Paul Jones and Helen Margret Jones. She passed away on January 28, 2022 at the age of 65 years. Catherine loved her family. She enjoyed playing cards, taking walks, listening to music and watching TV especially one of her favorite shows, “Touched By An Angel”. She leaves four children to cherish her memory: Miriam Jones-Morris and Robin Jones, Judy Murray and Robert Turner Murray IV; step-children, Kristy Murray, Sharmii Terrell, Armoni Washington and Tayviona Terrell; grandchildren, Casey Jones, Willie, Christopher, Jamie, Mirosia, Jordan and Jeremiah Morris, Stephanie Belvan and Saphira Jones; two great-grandchildren, Josiah and Amora Morris and DaTavion Rodgers; one brother, Eddie Paul; two nieces, Christina Madrid and Tanya Fellman; three nephews, Clarence Jones, Donnie and Daniel Fellman, many other relatives and friends including special friends, Robert Murray, Rosemary Bell, Jaunita Gonzales, Velen Nevitt and Linda Kingkay. Ms. Jones was preceded in death by Helen Margret jones, Linda jones, Donald Fellman and Kimberly Jones. The family would like to express special thanks to Pastor Herbert Morris and Made In His Image Church, family and friends, and Evans & Browne’s Funeral Home. Funeral service will take place at 11:00 a.m. on Thursday, February 17, 2022 at Evans & Browne's Funeral Home, 441 N. Jefferson Ave., Saginaw, MI 48607. Pastor Herbert Morris, Jr. will officiate. Interment in Forest Lawn Cemetery, 3210 South Washington Avenue, Saginaw, MI 48601. Visitation will take place at the funeral home on Wednesday, from 2:00 until 6:00 p.m.
