Mr. Henry Lee Parks

Mr. Henry Lee Parks was born July 20, 1982 in Benton Harbor, Michigan the son of Earline Parks and Henry Lee Hill. He passed away on Friday, February 9, 2024 at the age of 41 years. In loving memory of our dear brother, a devoted family man, a determined and self-motivated hustler, always ready to help others. His genuine nature, bravery and optimism touched the lives of many. He leaves a legacy of love and resilience, forever remembered. Henry enjoyed spending quality time with family, cooking, watching movies, doing yard work and was good at his trade of being a handyman. He did great workmanship with whatever he got his hands on. He also spent a lot of time volunteering at churches. Mr. Parks leaves two daughters and one son to cherish many memories; Hennesha Parks, Sierra Jones and Henry Lee Parks, Jr., all of Saginaw; his parents, Earline Parks and Henry Lee Hill; three sisters, Connie, Earline and China Parks; many aunts, including Eveline, Eliza, Ethelinda, Mary and Margrett; uncles, Larry Parks, Trellas and Willie Braddock of Benton Harbor, MI; three nieces, Alandze`ay Parks, Jay’la Clay and Sophia Buford; six, nephews, Shawnqase Perry, Damarcus English, Dale’Leon Parks, Ivan Parks, Joseph Clay and King Buell; cousins, Yanesia, Randell, Jewel, Tania, Tanisha, Tony Terrence, Quinnyonne, Joseph and Joshua and many others, also plenty of friends but family were his best friends. Mr. Henry Lee Parks was preceded in death by his grandma, Mary Lou; great-grandma, Jewel Parks; sister, Julia Parks; brother, Orlando Parks; aunt, Drucilla Parks and an uncle, Goodman “Terry” Parks; cousins, Carnell “Lil Reggie”, Lil Randle “Tank” and Lil Trellas and Darius “Day Day”. The family would like to express special thanks to family, friends and extended family members for showing the most love and support. Thank everyone for their condolences. Thank you cousin Cornelius Parks for all your love, support and words of comfort. Family hour 10:00 AM Friday, February 23, 2024 from the Chapel of Evans & Browne's Funeral Home, 441 N. Jefferson Ave., Saginaw, MI 48607, with funeral service commencing at 11:00 AM. Pastor Myles Franklin will officiate. Visitation 9:00 a.m. until the time of service.
