Mr. Larry Foreman

April 11, 1951 - December 23, 2020

God has called one of his Angels’ home, as his work here has been completed. Larry Foreman was born April 11, 1951 in Montgomery, Alabama to the union of Henry and Juanita Caldwell-Foreman. Larry attended school in Alabama. After graduating he moved to Michigan where he began working for General Motors. He was employed for 25 plus years before retiring from Malleable Iron Plant, General Motors, Corp. He was a member of UAW Local 455. Larry was an avid sports fan, he especially rooted for the Detroit Pistons and Tigers, but his all-time favorite, the Detroit Lions. Larry also played baseball for several teams, including Creative 8’s and Jays Lounge. He enjoyed going to the casino, and playing cards with his friends. He also enjoyed being with family, going to different outings, and sports events with his children and grandchildren. Mr. Foreman leaves to cherish his memory, his significant other, Ms. Diane Morrison; four step-children, Shawn Durand of Columbia, GA, Stacy Durand, James Durand, and Melissa Morrison, all of Saginaw, MI; grandchildren, Anson Durand of Columbus, GA, Jessica, Kristen, Donavon Durand, Cory Hollar, Tavin Stempeck, Diamond and Malik Morrison, all of Saginaw, MI, and many other grands and great-grands; siblings, Evelyn (Richard) Sanders of Springfield, MA, Gloria Thomas, Debra Gray and Will-Henry (Danette) Foreman, all of Montgomery, AL; sisters- in-law and brother-in-law, Sharon Anderson, Bradley Anderson, Dawn Anderson, Jill Jackson, Joellen McElhane and Adrienne Anderson; special niece, Regina Goodman of Baltimore, MD; special friends, Earnestine Ray of Blytheville, AK, Ruth Morrison, and Dennis (Emma) Morrison, all of Saginaw, Brenda Colman of Grand Rapids, MI, Doris Jones, Clyde Alfred, Cecil Hoskins, Willie Boggs family, Jackie Singleton and Earl Johnson. He was preceded in death by his wife; Diane Anderson Foreman; parents, Henry and Juanita Foreman; grandson, Dietrich Durand; mother and father-in-law, Alfred and Elizabeth Anderson; sisters, Rosa (Thomas) Jiles, Juanita (Johnny) Reed, Kay Frances (James) McKinnon; other brothers in-law, Randy Gray and Ulysees Thomas. Special thanks to the Critical Care Staff of Unit Covenant Medical Center-Harrison, 6th floor ICU and special thanks to Evans & Browne’s Funeral Home. Funeral service will take place at 1:00 p.m. on Tuesday, January 5, 2021 at Evans & Browne's Funeral Home, 441 North Jefferson Avenue, Saginaw, Michigan 48607.Pastor Willie Hill, Jr. will officiate.
