Mr. Olander Bradshaw Sr.

September 18, 1934 - May 15, 2021

Mr. Olander Bradshaw, Sr. our beloved father, grandfather, great-grandfather, great-great-grandfather, brother, uncle and friend, made his transition from earthly labor to Heavenly Reward on Saturday, May 15, 2021 at the age of 86 years. Olander was born on September 18, 1934 in Tyronza, Arkansas the son of Payton and Flora Bradshaw. He relocated to Saginaw, Michigan from Heth, Arkansas in 1955 and began work at General Motors Corporation in the 1950’s. He was a member of his Local UAW. He was a former member of All Nations Prayer Tower C.O.G.I.C. He loved his family dearly and worked hard to support them. He also liked his music, fishing, gardening, his plants, and watching western movies. Mr. Bradshaw leaves to cherish precious memories, one daughter and six sons, Patricia Chisolm (Bill), Olander, Jr., James, Sr., and Godfrey Bradshaw, Sr. (Cheryl), Geoffrey, Scottie Sr. and Mark Bradshaw, Sr.; 32 grandchildren; 67 great-grandchildren; 12 great-great-grandchildren; three sisters and seven brothers, Nancy Davis, Grand Prairie, TX, Florasteen McWright and Virginia Johnson (Emmanuel), Payton Bradshaw (Willie Ann), Memphis, TN, Tommy and Charles Bradshaw, Sr, Johnny Bradshaw, Milwaukee, WI, Larry Bradshaw (Sarnetta)-Tallmadge, OH, Floyd and Jackie Bradshaw; brother-in-law, James Lenzie, Denver, CO; many nieces, nephews, cousins and other relatives. Mr. Bradshaw was preceded in death by his wife, Ella Mae Bradshaw; his parents, Payton and Flora Bradshaw; daughters, D’Juana Bradshaw and Diana Morris; brother, Lloyd Bradshaw; sister, Mary Payton Bradshaw; brothers-in-law, Archie Davis and John McWright; sisters-in-law, JoAnn, Mary, Charise and Mildred Bradshaw; nephews, William Bradshaw and Keyonta Bradshaw; nieces, Margaret Robinson and Betty Bradshaw; sons-in-law, Tepor Youngblood and Lewis Morris. The family extends special thanks to Deb’s Adult Foster Care. Visitation will take place Sunday, May 23, 2021 at Evans & Browne's Funeral Home, 441 North Jefferson Avenue, Saginaw, Michigan 48607 from 2:00-6:00 p.m.
