Born July 14, 1965 Grand Day March 25, 2022 Hello Everyone, All families have exceptional members, Ty was one of our exceptional members and Ty will always be in our hearts. Thoughts of her will be on the tips of our tongues. We will celebrate her, “Grand Day” privately. She passed away surrounded by her loving family. Ty was very mischievous, loving, funny and kind with the biggest smile in the world. She was loved by all who knew her and highly blessed. Even though she couldn’t speak, she always got her point across through her big brown eyes and her smile. Ty was the ultimate girly girl, she loved dresses and jewelry. She was educated at the Millet Learning Center in Saginaw. Ty is survived by two sisters, Darlene Stephens Tucker and Jennifer Bland Shorter, (Charlie); one brother, Kail Bland (Jenine); a host of nieces; nephews; other relatives and friends. Ty has joined her father, Ivory Bland; mother, Annie Bertha Rowe Bland; sister, Janice Denise Bland Strong and a nephew, Tyler Sean Strong along with many dearly loved family members.
